Chhobi Choudhury came to the America in 1984 and started cooking because she had no choice. She started to cook for Babu, her husband, the love of her life. She didn't like prepared foods so she cooked from memories and instincts along with learning from friends on her frequent trips back to India. The Silo Cooking School is fortunate to have Chhobi back again with new recipes from her recent travels that are filled with the spices, flavors and aromas that only she can recreate.
