258 Main St, Ridgefield, CT Phone: 203-438-4519.

9 am - 5pm. Join Museum educators and practicing artists for Camp Aldrich—full-day, week-long arts experiences for children. Campers explore the work on view as well as the Museum's three-acre campus, are inspired by The Aldrich's exhibitions, and learn to incorporate the world around them into their art. Each week culminates in a celebration for family and friends. Caregivers receive personalized daily emails from Camp staff with updates on what the group did during the day, what their child accomplished and learned, and what is planned for the children the following day. Paint, sculpt, and draw BIG with artist Erika Rohde. Campers will discover how to make their work bigger, bolder, and more creative than ever through exploring collage, papier-mâché, painting, and sculpting techniques while building their own 3-D installations. Each student will create a portfolio of two- and three-dimensional works of art to feature in the exhibition opening on Friday, July 21, at 5 pm.
