9 am to 5 pm Drop off: 9 to 10 am Programming: 10 am to 4 pm Pick up: 4 to 5  pm Grades 1 to 3 $75; $65 member. In this unique full day program, students will be challenged to create three unique works of art that incorporate working with different ideas of light, including how it interacts with color and surfaces. Working with teaching artists and Museum staff, young artists will create works of art using wired lights, black light and ultraviolet paints, and reflective materials. Students should bring a water bottle and nut-free lunch and snack.

Ring in the New Year at the New England Carousel Museum! The museum will be hosting its annual New Year's Eve Party on Sunday, December 31st. Come enjoy a delicious buffet dinner and dance the night away to live music by the Chaparrals. The event begins and 7 PM and ends at 12:30 AM after we say goodbye to 2017 and hello to 2018. Bring your favorite beverage to celebrate and partake in a midnight toast. Noise makers, hats and streamers will be distributed to attendees for this celebration.
