But once you have these super-nutrient rich foods at your fingertips, what do you do with them? Anne Gallagher, chef/owner of The Mindful Kitchen in New Preston, and Madeline Leonard, chef at Northville Market in New Milford, will demonstrate how easy it is to prepare what many consider the most nutritious foods on the planet.
