Join IAIS Staff and Primitive Skills Practitioner Jim Dinafor an afternoon celebrating the gift of Maple Sugar Enjoy pancakes made by the IAIS staff, local maple syrup, coffee and orange juice (served from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.) and learn how local Native Americans traditionally made maple syrup. Jim will demonstrate the technique of collecting sap and boiling it down into syrup as he discusses its importance to Native American culture. Children's activities will run from 1-3 p.m. $15 Adults; $10 Kids.
