On Saturday, October 10, 2015, from 1 to 3 p.m., Tom Hooker Hanford will present a mask-making workshop at the Torrington Historical Society, 192 Main Street, Torrington. Workshop participants will create masks that they may use in Mr. Hanford's performance at the Society on Saturday, October 17th, in conjunction with Torrington's 275th Anniversary Celebration. The workshop, which is limited to twenty participants, is free and open to children ages three and older; children must be accompanied by an adult. The theme of the mask-making workshop on October 10th is based on the song "Frog, He Would a Wooing Go", which is part of Mr. Hanford's program "In the Good Old Colony Days".
