Inspired by exhibiting artist Suzanne McClelland's combination of media and processes, try three different methods of painting: harness gravity and force to make paint move across the canvas; create abstract paintings using tape; and make three-dimensional relief works of art.Combine all the techniques on one surface, or produce multiple projects to bring home.

Railroad Museum of New England Easter Bunny Train

Departure Times: 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm. The Naugatuck Railroad will start running trains for 2017 season runs on April 9 and 15, from Thomaston Station along the restored Naugatuck River to Waterville, up into the beautiful Litchfield Hills to the Thomaston dam, and back to the station. The excursion is 17 miles and lasts about an hour and a quarter. Passengers collect their tickets in the 1881 classical late 19th century train station before boarding our 1920 antique coaches.
