This holiday season, please join us for a gourmet, seed-to-table Thanksgiving meal. Chef Eddy will source fresh ingredients from our garden, henhouse, apiary and root cellar, to craft a menu worthy of this once-yearly feast: a starter of winter salad, followed by Maine lobster and shrimp soup, garden root vegetables, cranberry sauce and, of course, our famed roasted turkey and foie gras stuffing. Thanksgiving dinner is offered for $115 per person (inquire for children's pricing) and will be served at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 23. Reservations are required.
